Rates

Standard, flat rate $14 anywhere in Australia, any number of stacks. Flat rate $8 when your order is Mini stacks only.

Express, flat rate $28. Flat rate $22 when your order is Mini stacks only.

You choose standard or express at checkout, and the price shows there before you pay. We ship within Australia only for now.

Lead time

Every stack is poured to order. Allow up to a fortnight before your order ships, then standard post from there. You will get tracking as soon as it is on its way.

Express does not change the fortnight, because your stack still has to be made. What it changes is the post at the other end: Express Post, usually next business day to metro areas once your parcel leaves us. If you need something by a certain date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Good to know

Orders ship within Australia. Wax and heat are not friends, so we may hold shipments during extreme heat.

Returns

If something arrives broken, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, including the postage you paid.

Because every stack is poured to order in your chosen colours, we do not offer change of mind returns. Colour and shape variation between batches is part of a handmade product and is not a fault.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
